Clinical Therapist
As a therapist dedicated to women’s mental health and wellness, I am deeply passionate about supporting women during some of the most transformative and challenging periods of their lives. I specialize in providing care tailored to the unique experiences of the perinatal period, which includes pregnancy, trying to conceive, infertility struggles, pregnancy and infant loss, postpartum adjustments, parenting challenges, and the evolving sense of self that often accompanies becoming a parent. When desired, I also welcome the involvement of partners to ensure a collaborative and supportive journey.
My work is informed by advanced training and certifications, including completion of specialized education through Postpartum Support International and my credential as a certified birth doula with DONA International. These experiences allow me to bring both clinical expertise and practical understanding to the therapeutic space, bridging the emotional and physical dimensions of the perinatal experience.
I approach healing holistically, blending evidence-based clinical modalities with an emphasis on resilience, empowerment, and self-discovery. Techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness practices are integrated into sessions to address each client’s specific needs. My goal is to help clients uncover their inner strength, foster self-compassion, and build effective coping strategies as they navigate these life changes.
Creating a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment is at the heart of my practice. I aim to provide a safe space where clients feel heard, validated, and supported, whether they are processing grief, adjusting to new roles, or rediscovering themselves amid the complexities of motherhood.
Licensed in Pennsylvania, I am committed to being a partner on your journey toward healing, growth, and wellness. Together, we can explore your strengths and work toward a healthier, more fulfilling life as you navigate the unique challenges of womanhood and parenthood.
