What does Depression feel like?
Depression can feel like a deep sadness or numbness to the world around you. This does not always mean that you are experiencing something traumatic to feel depression, but may lead to low self-worth, a feeling of giving up, not wanting to try, low motivation, feeling like a sense of failure, or just never good enough. These feelings can and will prevent you from living your best life by causing you to feel hopeless or pessimistic about your life. Depression can cause you to feel irritable and frustrated with yourself or those around you.
