Chelsey Cofone

M.S.W., L.C.S.W., CAADC

Clinical Therapist

My experience as a mental health professional has allowed me to provide therapeutic care to adolescents, adults, and couples seeking help with relationships, sexuality, LGBTQ+, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I aim to offer a safe and culturally competent environment to emphasize the client’s unique strengths.

I use a warm, compassionate, and trauma-informed approach while focusing on changing problematic behaviors and thoughts. I use a variety of evidence-based practices, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and a feminist approach based on my client’s needs. As a therapist, I am committed to empowering my clients to create change in their lives and stride toward healing.
