Madison Lansinger Primary Therapist
Hi there, I’m Madison. I know that reaching out for support can take a lot of courage, and I want you to know that you're not alone in whatever you're going through. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported—without any judgment.
In our work together, I’ll meet you exactly where you are. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just trying to make sense of things, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is rooted in humanistic and trauma-informed care, and I often integrate tools from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and emotion-focused therapy (EFT) to support your unique needs.
I’ve had the privilege of working with both adolescents and adults navigating a wide range of challenges, whether it's the heaviness of anxiety that makes it hard to feel present, the deep sadness and disconnection that comes with depression, or the complex and often painful impact of trauma. Many come to therapy during times of major life transition, whether that’s starting college, navigating career changes, facing relationship shifts, or simply feeling lost and unsure of their next steps. These moments can feel overwhelming and isolating, but I see them as powerful opportunities for reflection, realignment, and growth.
I’d be honored to walk alongside you in this journey and help you reconnect with your sense of self, resilience, and inner strength.
