Gabrielle Martin

Primary Therapist

As an experienced therapist working with adolescents, adults, and couples, my primary goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, understood, and safe. I support individuals in navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, childhood trauma, low self-esteem, racial identity, substance use, and stress. In my work with couples, I focus on strengthening communication, enhancing problem-solving skills, increasing trust and intimacy, and helping partners better understand and meet each other’s needs.

I take an integrative approach, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. These practical, evidence-based methods allow us to collaboratively explore and process difficult emotions, identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, build emotional regulation skills, and tap into your existing strengths.

I deeply believe that each person holds the potential for growth and healing within themselves, my role is simply to support and guide that process. Through a secure and collaborative therapeutic relationship, my hope is to help you reach your goals and continue your journey toward healing, growth, and becoming your most empowered self.
