As a dedicated therapist specializing in working with adults and couples, my goal is to provide personalized support to help clients overcome a range of challenges, including anxiety, stress, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating significant life transitions. By incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I tailor my strategies to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

In my work with individuals, I focus on helping them identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, process past trauma, and develop effective coping strategies to manage their emotions. For couples, my approach centers on fostering deeper emotional connection and understanding between partners. Through EFT, I guide couples in identifying and addressing negative interaction cycles, enhancing communication, and rebuilding trust and intimacy. This process helps couples navigate conflict constructively, deepen their bond, and create a stronger foundation for their relationship.
