Brooke Campbell M.A., L.P.C.

I am committed to creating a warm, compassionate, and safe environment where clients feel comfortable sharing and addressing their personal challenges. While I work with adults, my specialization is in supporting women as they navigate a variety of mental health concerns and stressors, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, loss, and life transitions.

My approach is trauma-informed and draws on evidence-based techniques, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices. These methods are designed to promote emotional well-being and support clients in achieving a happier, healthier quality of life. Together, we will identify personalized treatment goals and develop practical coping strategies to help make these goals attainable.

I strive to empower clients by helping them recognize and build upon their unique strengths, foster self-compassion, and cultivate confidence as they move forward on their journey toward healing and recovery. My goal is to serve as a supportive partner in your process, helping you create meaningful and lasting change in your life.
