Clinical Therapist

I enjoy helping clients struggling with anxiety, depression, or other mental health challenges. I work with clients who want to process life adjustment issues, college-age stressors, women's and men's issues, postpartum changes, parenting struggles, and a variety of anxiety-related struggles. I will work to help clients develop strategies for coping with their symptoms, such as relaxation techniques, mindfulness exercises, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I will also help them identify and address the factors contributing to their emotional distress, such as stress, trauma, or unhealthy relationships.
My goal is to help clients achieve their goals for emotional well-being, such as feeling more in control of their emotions, improving their relationships, and finding meaning and purpose in life.
I find it rewarding to work with clients to help them identify and address the factors impacting their lives and look for ways to live healthier.
